The Rooms
Guest Rooms feature a charming plantation style décor, preserving the hotel's original design. Adding to the hotel's character, each room has a flair of its own with unique Hawaiian quilts, distinct furnishings, and artwork from Lana'i Artists. All rooms have ceiling fans, hardwood flooring, a private bathroom with shower, and pedestal sinks. Room amenities include: Daily maid service, telephone with alarm clock/radio, hair dryer, iron & board, an in room cooler. Evening turndown service is available upon request. Four of our rooms have lanais and may be requested.  Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Complimentary continental breakfast is self served in our lobby from 6:30am-9:30am.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms at Hotel Lana'i.

Reservation Policies

• All rates are based on single or double occupancy and include continental breakfast.
• Extra charge of $30 per additional guest in room per night
• All room charges are subject to Hawaii State Excise (4.167%) and Transient Accommodation Tax (7.25%).
• Rates are subject to change without advance notice
• A 2 night minimum stay required.
• Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% deposit of the stay is required at the time of booking. Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted.
• Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations must be done 14 days prior to arrival, for a refund of deposit. A $20 processing fee per room is withheld from the original deposit amount. Any cancellation made within 14 days, results in forfeiture of the entire deposit. No-shows and early departure will be charged for the entire amount of the reserved stay with taxes.
• Holiday season: A minimum of 4 nights is required during the peak holiday period of December 19, 2007 through January 5, 2008. Special deposit and cancellation policies apply.
• No additional charge for children 8 years and younger sharing a room with an adult utilizing existing bedding.
• Check in at 2 p.m., Check out at 11 a.m.
